1. Shipping Coverage

BACASEMULA SDN. BHD only ships within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. All Orders placed on our website must be for delivery within Malaysian territory.


2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
This means that You will not be charged any shipping or delivery fees regardless of the number or size of items purchased.


3. Processing Time

  • Once an Order is successfully placed and payment is received, We aim to process it within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Business days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your Order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • All Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, public holidays, or other external circumstances such as weather disruptions or access limitations.
  • We will not be held liable for delays that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, but We will do our best to keep you informed and assist you if issues arise.

5. Courier & Tracking

  • We work with reliable courier partners to deliver Goods safely and promptly.
  • When available, We will provide You with a tracking number via email so You can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address Requirements

To ensure your Order reaches You without delay, please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete (including house/unit number, street, city, postcode, and state).
  • Your contact number is correct and reachable by delivery personnel.

BACASEMULA SDN. BHD will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by You.


7. Missed Deliveries and Reattempts

  • Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If the recipient is unavailable during delivery or the address is inaccessible, the item may be returned to Us.
  • We will then contact You to arrange a re-delivery or pickup option.
  • While initial shipping is free, repeated failed delivery attempts due to incorrect recipient information or non-availability may result in extended delivery time.

8. Packaging

  • We take care to package all second-hand items properly using protective materials, especially fragile or rare items like old stamps, delicate stationery, or vintage books.
  • However, please be aware that second-hand items may come with natural signs of wear due to their age and previous usage. These are not considered damage for the purpose of shipping claims.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • In the rare case your Order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Us at bacasemula@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order ID and relevant photos (for damaged items).
  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and, where applicable, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on item availability.

10. Peak Periods and Delays

Please be advised that during public holidays, festive seasons, or sales campaigns, there may be slight delays in both order processing and shipping.
We recommend placing your Orders early to ensure timely delivery during these high-demand periods.
